We receive participant data from third-party providers and process it solely on behalf of and under the instruction of our clients, for the purpose of executing research studies defined by clients.

Clients and Participants must agree to our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy by checking the consent checkbox before creating a Satellica account.
Interview participants must provide consent before joining an interview session. The consent form is provided either by the client (if the study is designed or triggered by the client) or by Satellica (if the study is designed or triggered by Satellica).
If you choose to provide Personal Information to us, we assume that you consent to the collection, use and disclosure of that Personal Information as outlined in this Privacy Statement.

Satellica operates a global SaaS platform and processes Personal Information in connection with its products and services through its own systems and third-party service providers located in multiple jurisdictions. All Personal Information is hosted and processed on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) infrastructure located in the United States. We implement contractual, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect Personal Information when it is transferred, stored, or otherwise processed across borders. Personal Information may be subject to the laws of the jurisdictions in which it is processed, which may require disclosure to governmental authorities in those jurisdictions.
We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect Personal Information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration. Access to Personal Information is limited to authorized personnel who require such access for legitimate business purposes.
